School trip in London

50 students, 3 teachers, 1 doctor, 1 assistant and 1 guide spent 9 fantastic days in London in the beginning of June. While in the morning our students had English classes in a language schools, the afternoons were dedicated to visiting the most famous sights in London. They had a chance to see The Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, China Town, Soho, Covent Garden, St. James Park, Shard, The London Eye, London Dungeon, The National Gallery, The Globe, St. Paul´s Cathedral, Picdadilly Circus,Tower Bridge, The Tower of London. Apart from London itself we also visited Windsor Castle, Oxford and its famous Christ Church College, Brighton and its Pier, Royal Pavilion and Sea Life Centre. The best trip was probably to Chessington, The World of Adventure theme park where students took a lot of rides on many different rollercoasters. I really recommend going there! Here is the link for those who consider visiting this amazing place. http://www.chessington.com/
Our students were staying in Enlish host families because we wanted them to learn about London and Londoners as much as possible. Some students were lucky because their host families had a trampoline and let them jump as if there was no tomorrow:-D To be honest, nobody, not even teachers wanted to go back to Košice=)

All pictures were taken by Ada and her daughter Vanda.

Love,
Ada from Košice
