Half Term Reports in Košice

Hi guys,

it was a VERY special day in Slovakia today. Each and every primary and secondary school student got their half term school report saying how well (or badly) they did in the first part of this school year. The best mark you can get in Slovakia is 1, so  everyone is keen to have as many 1s as possible=)

Do you get any school reports in your country? If so, what is the best mark????????

Here you can see our youngest students of class 1. C with their class teacher Mrs. Mária Hromjáková.
                                                                  Aren´t they sweet?

These are the students of class 5. D. The teacher´s name is Soňa Ivánová.

I asked the students to pretend that they are so unhappy with their reports that they just want to tear them apart. This idea made them laugh and you can see for yourself what it looked like:-)

This is the class 7. C. Their class teacher is called Slávka Ropeková and she is one of four Slovak teachers who are going to Las Palmas soon.

These students were also asked to pretend that they are tearing their reports apart. They seemed to enjoy doing it, don´ t  you think????

Let me know if you have any school reports and if you like our photos.

Have a nice weekend:-)

Love,
Ada

  1. I am sure, all students got the best marks, so they are so happy. And look Slavka...... as always with her cute smile on her face!!!! :-)

In Žetale and of course in Slovenia, Friday, 31. 1. was the day of receiving the half term marks. But we had a little bit bad day, because all students couldn't come to school, because of terrible weather, what we have at the moment in Slovenia. A lot of ice on the road and tress, so school busses dont drive. Today is Mondey and in school Žetale are no lessons. We will have them in one of the next Saturday.

About Slovenian marks will write our students, so wait for while.

I would like to congratulate to all Slovak students for their good marks. Continue in this way in second term also.

    Tanja, school Žetale
