The winter weather in Košice

Hello my dear friends,

How are you? What is the weather like in your home town?

It has been snowing since last Saturday so Košice and most of Slovakia is WHITE. I am glad the winter has come and our students can go skiing and building snowmen.

Here are the photos that were taken last Saturday. Hope you will like them.

wow! We have snow like you!
Here we can't ski, because the snow is less than in Slovakia, We really love the snow and your landscape, it is beautiful!
We would like to come and visit you to go skiing and playing together
Slovak boys and girls are cute and we think they are having good time!

These photos are very beautiful! It often snows in Monteflavio and some days ago we went out for a walk with our teachers. We'll send you some photos that we took that day.

Logo of the project

The logo represents a book to let us remind the importance of Comenius who believed that knowledge must be intercultural. We have chosen the book as image because World book day is on April 23rd when in Nerola we celebrate our Patron Saint. On top of this the book is open because it means that we love and appreciate our continent Europe we accept our position within Europe and our belonging is stressed on the European flag which is in the middle of the book but we also take into account the flags of the countries belonging to our project, whose title is inscribed at the bottom of the book. With this logo we would like to put the accent on culture and our european belonging.
